Once you begin to acknowledge random acts of kindness - both the ones you have received and the ones you have given - you can no longer believe that what you do does not matter.

This year, in honor of Bella's birthday, I encourage you to perform an act of kindness.
I believe that a smile is a gift.
I believe that love is meant to be shared.
I believe that Bella was given to me for that reason.
So I will share her...
Today, tomorrow, and for as long as I live.
Help someone in need. Pay someone a compliment. Treat someone to coffee.
Do good, for the love of Bella.
